Terms and Conditions for Fire Adapted Park County — Effective Date: January 8, 2025. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Fire Adapted Park County’s online platform. By using the Fire Adapted Park County online platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Organizations must be duly registered under applicable laws.

2. Donation Process

Donations are processed securely through our payment gateway provider.
By clicking “Donate,” you authorize the payment to be processed.

3. Personal Information

We collect necessary information to process your donation, including name, contact details, and payment information.
Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Tax Deductions

Fire Adapted Park County is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. Consult your tax advisor for details.
